Q. Will I receive any confirmation for the order I place.

You will receive your order confirmation on screen once you have placed your order.  This can be printed or saved whichever is more convenient for you, our server will also send you an e-mail but we cannot guarantee that this will arrive as it depends on various setting on your machine and it could fall in to SPAM.  If you are unsure you can always call us to check.

Q. How will my gift be personalised.

We use the latest state of the art precision machinery to ensure that all of our gifts are beautifully personalised to make the best unique gifts.

 

Q. How will my message be positioned on the item I buy.

We usually position any messages centrally but it also depends on the item.  We will ensure that your message it in the best place to be read but if you have any specific requirements then just contact us and we will be happy to help.

Q. When will you dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch our orders within 3-5 working days. We also offer a next day express service that you can use but you will need to call us to use this special service.

Q. Do you offer a next day delivery service?

We do offer an Express Next Day service and also a Saturday Delivery service at an additional cost.

Q. Can I send My gift abroad?

Most of our gifts can be shipped worldwide, we avoid sending glasware though due to damages.

Q. How do I pay for my gifts?

You can pay for you gifts through our website using various credit or debit cards.  You can also call our sales office to pay or for larger orders you can pay direct in to our bank account.

Q. Do you engrave logos or pictures?

Many of our items can be personalised with images or logo's.  You will see the option to add a logo and upload you file directly to us for a small additional cost.  For best results send us a high res j:peg file.
