This should be used when adding bulk orders.  So for example if you have 3 orders that are over £50 then you will need to select quantity 3 to add the individual delivery charges.  If you have 3 bulk orders and your total order (ex delivery) is less than £50 then you will need to add it twice as the system will automatically add the third delivery charge (as order value is under £50).
